1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by MORED MARKETING L.L.C-FZ ("Company," "we," "us"), . By purchasing leads or using our services, you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms.

2. Services

MORED MARKETING L.L.C-FZ provides digital marketing campaign management and qualified customer inquiry delivery for home service businesses in the United States. We run targeted marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients and deliver qualified customer inquiries ("leads") from homeowners seeking home improvement services.

3. Lead Quality

A "qualified lead" is defined as a customer inquiry from a homeowner within the client's designated service area who has expressed interest in receiving a quote for a home service. We do not guarantee that any lead will convert to a paying customer. Lead quality is based on the homeowner's expressed interest at the time of inquiry.

4. Payment Terms

  • Leads are sold at the agreed-upon per-lead price.
  • Payment is due upon delivery of leads unless otherwise agreed.
  • All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
  • Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must respond to leads promptly (within 24 hours).
  • Clients must maintain valid licensing and insurance for their service area.
  • Clients must not resell, share, or redistribute leads to third parties.
  • Clients must not use leads for any purpose other than providing their services to the homeowner.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MORED MARKETING L.L.C-FZ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30-day period.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Leads are provided as-is. MORED MARKETING L.L.C-FZ makes no guarantees regarding lead conversion rates, appointment booking rates, or revenue generated from leads. Individual results vary based on market conditions, service area, pricing, response time, and other factors outside our control.

9. SMS / Text Message Communications

As part of our lead generation services, MORED MARKETING L.L.C-FZ contacts homeowners via SMS (text messaging) to connect them with qualified home service professionals.

  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP

  • Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase
  • Compatible carriers include all major US carriers; T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

By responding to our SMS messages, you acknowledge and agree to receive additional text messages related to your home service inquiry. We comply with all applicable provisions of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related regulations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on this website are the property of MORED MARKETING L.L.C-FZ and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. No refunds will be issued for leads already delivered prior to termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. You agree to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment processor.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
