2. Eligible for Refund or Credit

You may request a credit for a lead if:

  • The lead contains an invalid or disconnected phone number
  • The lead is a duplicate of a previously delivered lead
  • The homeowner is located outside your designated service area
  • The lead was clearly spam or bot-generated

3. Not Eligible for Refund

The following do not qualify for a refund:

  • The homeowner did not answer or return your call
  • The homeowner decided not to proceed with the service
  • The homeowner chose a different provider
  • You were unable to reach the homeowner after multiple attempts
  • The lead did not convert to a paying customer
  • You failed to contact the lead within 24 hours of delivery

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of lead delivery
  • Include the lead details and reason for the refund request
  • We will review and respond within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be issued as a credit toward future leads, or as a refund to your original payment method

5. Chargeback Policy

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
