2. Eligible for Refund or Credit
You may request a credit for a lead if:
- The lead contains an invalid or disconnected phone number
- The lead is a duplicate of a previously delivered lead
- The homeowner is located outside your designated service area
- The lead was clearly spam or bot-generated
3. Not Eligible for Refund
The following do not qualify for a refund:
- The homeowner did not answer or return your call
- The homeowner decided not to proceed with the service
- The homeowner chose a different provider
- You were unable to reach the homeowner after multiple attempts
- The lead did not convert to a paying customer
- You failed to contact the lead within 24 hours of delivery
4. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of lead delivery
- Include the lead details and reason for the refund request
- We will review and respond within 3 business days
- Approved refunds will be issued as a credit toward future leads, or as a refund to your original payment method
5. Chargeback Policy
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
